The Velora Mail Club is a monthly fantasy mail subscription from the Velora Expedition Archive.
Each month, a new envelope arrives through your door containing physical pieces from the world of Velora, letters, stories, prints, stickers, prompts, field notes and other archive-inspired fragments.
Velora is a living fantasy planet where memory matters, names can be lost, and being forgotten is worse than death itself.
This is not a normal subscription box.
It is a growing archive, delivered through the post.

The Name Beneath the Hearth
The first Velora Mail Club drop begins in the Hearthroot Lowlands, where homes remember more than people realise, names are kept close, and one lost fragment begins to stir beneath the hearth.
This month’s envelope introduces the first recovered piece of the Velora Expedition Archive, a story of memory, home, loss and something that should never have been forgotten.
What’s inside Drop 1?
The first Velora Mail Club envelope includes:
A5 archive letter
A letter from the Velora Expedition Archive introducing this month’s recovered fragment.
A4 double-sided story account
A standalone short story/account connected to The Name Beneath the Hearth.
A5 art print
A collectible print inspired by this month’s archive discovery.
A6 collector card
A small collectible card connected to the world, region, object or mystery of the month.
A6 expedition prompt card
A creative activity or reflection prompt to help you explore the world of Velora for yourself.
Two die-cut stickers
Velora-themed stickers inspired by this month’s archive drop.
Each month follows a similar format, but the theme, story and archive pieces change as more of Velora is uncovered.
How it works
1. Subscribe before the monthly deadline
Subscribe before this month’s closing date to receive the current archive drop.
2. Envelopes are prepared after the deadline
Once the month’s sign-up window closes, your envelope will be packed and prepared.
3. Posted within one week of the closing date
Mail Club envelopes are posted from the UK within one week of that month’s sign-up deadline.
4. Open, collect and continue the archive
Each month adds a new piece to your personal Velora collection.

Subscribe by the 7th of each month.
Envelopes are posted during the second week.
Shipping
The Velora Mail Club ships from the UK.
To keep the monthly price affordable, envelopes are sent by standard untracked post.

International: Please allow up to 3 weeks. from the 12th

Subscription details
The Velora Mail Club is a monthly subscription.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account/subscription portal when needed.
By subscribing, you are joining the archive as it unfolds, one letter, one story and one fragment at a time.

When do I need to sign up?
Subscribe by 7th to receive this month’s archive drop. Orders placed after the deadline will receive the following month’s drop.
When will it be sent?
Envelopes are posted from the UK within one week of the monthly closing date. This month’s envelopes will be posted by 12th
Is shipping tracked?
No. To keep the monthly price affordable, envelopes are sent by standard untracked post.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, please allow up to 2 weeks for UK delivery and up to 3 weeks for international delivery. If your envelope has not arrived after this time, please get in touch and we will find a solution.
